Refund & Return Policy

Every order from Royal Warrior Cake Town is freshly baked, so food items cannot be returned once delivered. We still want every order to be right, and this is how we handle problems.

Damaged or wrong order

If your cake or bakes arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will replace it or refund you after checking.

Cancelling an order

Standard items can be cancelled before we start preparing them. Custom and designer cakes cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun, because they are made specially for you.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.

Not covered

We cannot offer refunds for changes in personal taste, for cakes damaged after delivery, or for delays caused by an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order.
